Political groups: could not be confirmed

No information on political groups was found on the web

A breakdown by party (Komeito 1, Japanese Communist Party 1, independents 8) was confirmed, but whether any political groups have been formed has not been confirmed (content-spec-v1.md §7.6). Under the principle that parties are not political groups (§7.13), these are not counted as political groups and are kept only as reference information.
